Which program is right for me?

If you are unsure of which program is right for you, please get in touch for a free no obligation discussion on your personal needs and requirements.

What is a nutritional analysis and what is involved?

A nutritional analysis takes into consideration your current diet, exercise and fitness goals. An initial consultation (15 min) will allow us to gain an understanding of your current nutritional practises and identify any problem areas (pre-consultation form will be emailed to you prior to your appointment). Once a consultation has been completed your diet will be analysed using specialist software. The results will allow us to produce a full evaluation which includes a meal plan, nutritional suggestions, recommendations and recipes.

Summit Nutrition can help to incorporate manageable nutritional practises into your lifestyle to fuel your body in the correct way to help you achieve a PB (personal best) or potentially give you the winning advantage over your competitor.

Why is nutrition important for my training needs?

Training harder doesn’t make up for a poor diet. You wouldn’t dream of turning up to training or a competition without the appropriate equipment (bike, helmet, football boots, swimming goggles or running shoes) so why turn up to training without appropriate fuel? Quality nutrition and nutrient timing are vital for anyone wanting to perform at their best.
